Microsofts OOXML Rejected by 19 Countries
OpenForum Europe reported - The confirmation that 19 countries have raised 'contradictions' to the proposed ECMA 376 OOXML standard is an endorsement of common sense. The first track process has effectively been stalled, and OFE hope that proper examination of the proposal can now occur as appropriate.
